Atlantic Canadian Lobster Festival

More than 50 Belgian Restaurateurs will entice you with Atlantic Canadian Lobster!

For more than 10 years, the best seafood restaurants of Brussels have celebrated the arrival of the “New Season Lobster” from Canada with a gastronomic festival where the this culinary delight could be tasted in as many subtle and diverse dishes as there were restaurants participating.

This year, for the first time, the Festival is spilling over from the capital region and extending into Wallonia and Flanders thanks to the participation of more than 50 restaurateurs throughout the country.  The Atlantic Canadian Lobster Festival is truly a national event, allowing everyone to discover this Canadian delicacy close to home.
Each restaurateur, according to the creativity and style of the chef, will present the lobster in a unique manner as an appetizer (lobster may sometimes be substituted with Canadian Scallops in the appetizer) and also as a main course.

The Lobster Festival is organized by the Atlantic Provinces of Canada, the participating restaurants and the importer LobsterFish NV/SA.
