1. How can I find a restaurant?
Simply type the restaurant’s name (or a part of its name) in the field "name". The result page will show all the restaurants with that name (or with your combination of characters in their name). You can also use the other fields such as cuisine, district, area, price range, garden, etc. You do not need to fill in all the fields to search for a restaurant. You can for instance look for a restaurant in Westminster offering French cuisine with a garden.
2. How can I find more information about a restaurant?
When you search Resto.co.uk, we bring you to the page which lists all the restaurants that correspond to your criteria. By clicking on the name of one of these restaurants you're taken a page with all the restaurant's details, such as telephone number, fax number, days that the restaurant is closed, credit cards, etc. At more than 100 restaurants, you can access the restaurant's own website with their menu, etc.

4. How does an online reservation work?
Your reservation query is sent directly to the restaurant by email. The restaurant will confirm your reservation by email/phone/fax. If you do not receive an answer within 24 hours please contact the restaurant yourself.

We do our utmost to keep our database up to date but the restaurant business evolves so quickly that it is almost impossible to keep the database 100 % up to date. Your input is highly appreciated. By clicking on the button "add an address" you can add an address of a restaurant that will appear online after we have checked with the restaurant owner. (this may take a couple of days)
7. Can anyone sign a restaurant’s guest book on Resto.co.uk?
Indeed, once you are a member of Resto.co.uk, you’ll have your own username and password to sign guest books. Just go to the restaurant you want to comment and log in. You can write your comments for your own private use, or you can also post your comments in the public Resto.co.uk forum for others to see. Resto.co.uk will decide which of the comments posted for the public forum will eventually be published.
8. How does the category "most wanted" function?
"Most wanted" lists those restaurants visited most on Resto.co.uk during the past 7 days within a particular category. For example, discover the most popular restaurants on Resto.co.uk offering Thai cuisine in Clapham!
